Yokohama Japan Pizza Review
Botejyu is located in the first floor of a huge shopping complex in Yokohama. The entrance has the typical replicas of food that so in Japan.

There is no pizza oven in this resteraunt. Instead the "pizza" is cooked on a grill. A lot of other types of food are cooked along with the "pizza".

This is the Japanese style pizza that is served at Botejyu. To be honest it is not clear that this is really a pizza. It does have all of the ingredients of a pizza, bread, cheese, and tomato sauce. However, it is sort of inside-out. It does taste good.
