The Pizza at La Maremma is baked in a fire oven. Our chef is putting a pizza marinara in the oven.

Our waiter cut the pizza marinara at the table. You can see the freshly baked crust is nicely done at the edges of the pizza. At this resteraunt they would not trust us to use the pizza cutter.

You gotta see this pizza to believe it! If you look closely at the center of the pizza you will see a raw egg. They call this the "Bismark". It really tastes good.

This may be the ultimate pizza. It has bananas, cherries and is covered with chocolate. After eating this pizza you have experienced one of the greatest foods in the world. It is truely unique.

After a wonderful dinner these customers had a glass of grappa. Both customers said "Eating at La Maremma is a great experience, the pizza is very special".
