Tokyo Japan Pizza Review

Sapide is a small resteraunt located in the undergound mall next to the Tokyo train station. Outside of Sapide are lots of interesting plates and dishes that show the types of food available in the resteraunt.
On the ceiling inside of Sapide is a boat. It is not clear why there is a boat on the ceiling of an Italian resteraunt in Tokyo... but it look neat. Also, there is a nice presentation below the boat of many types of imported Italian wines.
At Sapide the pizza is served on a wooden tray with a handle. The pizza looks great. This is the standard pizza margharite and it has several leaves of fresh basel on it.
